Latest generation of compostable capsules
Each Wolstton capsule is a demonstration of innovation, quality and attention to detail. All oxygen is eliminated to avoid oxidation and nitrogen is added (produced in our own plant through a process that releases oxygen from the air, recovering only the nitrogen, using a system with zero environmental impact), to guarantee an optimum state of preservation for 18 months.
On the other hand, all the material used to make the capsule is totally biodegradable and compostable. This means that it leaves no trace on either land or sea.

The speciality coffees are all from small-scale rather than industrial production sites. That means all Wolstton varieties are naturally organic. What’s more, because they are rare varieties, they have a high commercial value and interest, which guarantees a genuinely sustainable economic model for the producers. Some of the varieties are even part of labor inclusion programs for unprotected sectors in order to contribute to a tangible and real improvement of society.
